Click the share button on any listing card or detail page. Add a recipient email, pick a relationship (friend, family, coworker, neighbor), and write a personal message.

• Recipients get an email with the listing photo, price, and your note
• They can react: Love It, Interested, Great Location, Too Pricey, Not For Me
• You see all reactions on your "My Shares" page
• Or just copy a shareable link -- no email required

Guests can share too -- no account needed.

Under Social > Neighborhood Tips > Add a Home, fill in what you know:

• Address, zip, price, beds/baths/sqft, photos (up to 5), and a description
• Pick the relationship: your home, friend, neighbor, or family
• Confirm you have permission to share the listing

Your submission appears as a "Neighborhood Tip" with a green badge. If you have an assigned agent, they see it in their dashboard and can enrich it with details (year built, lot size, features, lat/lng), then approve it. Approved tips become real scored listings alongside Zillow and Realtor data. Submissions expire after 90 days if not approved. You earn 5 points for each submission.

Daily cap: 50 points. Check your balance in the Social dropdown (gem icon). View full history at Social > My Points. Top earners appear on the monthly Leaderboard.

Create a collection from Social > My Collections. Give it a title and description, then add listings from any listing card or detail page using the "Add to Collection" dropdown.

• Share an entire collection with one email -- recipients see all listings at once
• Make collections public for anyone with the link, or keep them private
• Reorder listings by position to tell a story (e.g., "Best to Worst")
• Earn 2 points for each collection you create

Star listings you want to visit. The Tour page plots all your favorites on an interactive map and builds a driving route.

• Add notes and mark listings as visited, scheduled, or "made offer"
• If you have an agent, they see your flagged listings and notes in real time
• Export your favorites as CSV from the Digest page for offline use

On any listing detail page, click "Watch This Street." Enter your email (or sign in) and you'll get notified whenever something changes on that street:

• New listing appears matching the street name and zip
• Price drops on an existing listing
• Status changes (e.g., pending, sold, back on market)

Manage all your watches from the Watch page. Unsubscribe anytime via email link. Works for guests too -- no account needed.

The dashboard surfaces community activity so you can spot trends:

• Most Shared This Week: horizontal scroll row of the top 5 listings people are sharing
• Share count badges: each listing card shows how many times it's been shared
• Reaction summary: on the detail page, see grouped reactions (Love It x3, Interested x5, etc.)
• Monthly Leaderboard: top 10 sharers and top 10 referrers for the current month
